What came up in conversation.

Across the meetings Pano had at Future Proof, one thread ran through most of them: the difficulty of running a firm across separate systems for portfolio management, CRM, reporting, billing and client data. The conversations were less about adding another tool and more about how those systems work together, how information moves between them, and where the gaps between them slow advisors and operations teams down.

01

Connected data

Firms want a clearer view across client, portfolio and operational data so teams can work from the same information.

02

Client experience

Reporting and portals matter, but the quality of the experience also depends on the data and workflows behind them.

03

Advisor workflow

When systems are disconnected, everyday work becomes harder to manage. Firms are looking for ways to simplify how information moves across the business.
