This Privacy Policy explains what information Pano (“Pano”, “we”, “us”) collects when you visit panowealth.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions: info@panowealth.com.
Information you give us. If you request a demo, submit a form or email us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, work email, firm and any message. Demo bookings and forms are handled through our scheduling and forms provider (HighLevel / LeadConnector).
Analytics. This website uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website traffic and help us improve the Site. Google Analytics collects standard, pseudonymous usage information — such as the pages you view, your approximate (city-level) location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you. It does not tell us who you are.
Google Analytics uses cookies (for example _ga and _ga_*) to measure how the Site is used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your personal information. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We use the information to respond to your enquiries and demo requests, to understand and improve how the Site is used, and to keep the Site secure. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.
We share information only with service providers that process it on our behalf: Google (Google Analytics), HighLevel / LeadConnector (demo scheduling and forms), and Netlify (website hosting). We do not sell your personal information.
You can opt out of analytics as described above, and you can contact us to ask what information we hold, or to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights:

We keep enquiry and demo-request information only as long as needed to respond and for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Analytics data is retained according to our Google Analytics settings and no longer than 14 months.
The Site runs on institution-grade infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access controls and continuous monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
The Site is intended for wealth-management professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the date above.
